Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Highland Avenue from a point 125 feet west of North 6th Street to a point 170 feet west thereof
On the north side of West Morgan Avenue from a point 145 feet west of South 41st Street to a point 25 feet west thereof
On the north side of West Scott Street from South 14th Street to South 15th Street on school days from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
On the north side of West Layton Avenue from a point 575 feet east of South 20th Street to a point 40 feet east thereof
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South 61st Street from West Nebraska Avenue to West Forest Home Avenue
On south side of West Nebraska Avenue from South 61st Street to a point 350 feet west
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-e of the Code relating to Three-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North Pierce Street from East Keefe Avenue to East Townsend Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
Part 4. Section 101-26-5-1-b of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - Four or More Inches is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of South 24th Street from West Becher Street to West Grant Street
On the east side of South 25th Street from West Becher Street to West Lincoln Avenue
On the east side of South 26th Street from West Becher Street to West Lincoln Avenue
Part 5. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:
