Body
Whereas, The new development in North 121st Street requires the construction of an 8” sanitary sewer, an 18”/21” storm sewer, and possible future water main in public easement to serve the needs of the proposed development and any future development; and

Whereas, Said sanitary, storm sewers and water main have been designed to accept flows and future expansion of the proposed development; and

Whereas, The easements for said sewers and water main are in property owned by Frederick Anderson, Wendy and Chad Rosenthal, and Donna and Harlan Coats; and

Whereas, Sewer and water easement documents SE-2789A,B,C / WE-933A,B,C granting permission to the City to construct and maintain said sewers and water main have been granted by Frederick Anderson, Wendy and Chad Rosenthal, and Donna and Harlan Coats, and approved as to contents by the City Engineer; and

Whereas, Sewer and water easement documents SE-2789A,B,C / WE-933A,B,C will also grant the City the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may become applicable said sewers and water main; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts sewer and water easement documents SE-2789A,B,C / WE-933A,B,C said easement documents being attached to this Common Council Resolution File...
