Body
Whereas, On June 7, 1989, The Brewery Works, Inc. granted the City of Milwaukee a sewer and water easement SE-2505/WE-677 located in parcel of land lying northeast of East Pleasant Street between North Commerce Street and a point 325 east of North Commerce Street; and

Whereas, The sewer and water main facilities that were planned to be constructed in this easement have never been constructed; and

Whereas, The present owner has requested the release of said easements; and

Whereas, The City has determined the sewer and water easements are no longer required for future sewer and water main purposes and no longer serves the interest of the City of Milwaukee and therefore can be released; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to execute sewer and water easement release SER-2505/WER 677, copies of which are attached to the Common Council Resolution File Number 070787 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said easement releases have been executed by the proper City officers, they shall be forwarded to the office of the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Depart...
