This resolution accepts Sewer Easement SE-2785 in the area bounded by West Bradley Road, North Granville Road, West Lolita Avenue and North 94th Street in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Body
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has submitted a request for an easement required to maintain both the existing and proposed 15-inch sanitary sewers, and to maintain proper stormwater drainage in the area bounded by West Bradley Road, North Granville Road, West Lolita Avenue and North 94th Street in the Northwest one-quarter (NW ¼) of Section 17, Township 8 North, Range 21 East; and

Whereas, The easement for said drainage and sanitary sewers is in the property owned by River View Development, LLC; and

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2785, granting permission to the City to maintain Sanitary sewers, and to maintain proper stormwater drainage has been granted by River View Development, LLC, and approved as to content by the City Engineer; and

Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2785 will also grant the City the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate as may become applicable said sewers; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2785, said Sewer Easement documents being attached to this Common Council Resolution File Number 070786 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said Sewer Easement has been accepted, the easement documents shall be forwarded to the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Department of Public Works for recording and distribution.
