Section 101-26.5-1-b of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - Four or More Inches is amended by adding the following: On the north side of East Townsend Street from North Pierce Street to North Fratney Street. This amendment provides that vehicles may be parked on both sides of the 700 block of East Townsend Street except when snow has accumulated to a depth of 4 inches or more, in which case parkiing on the north side of the street shall be prohibited. Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South Barclay Street from the south curb line of East Seeboth Street to a point 130 feet south thereof at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North 43^rd Street from a point 240 feet south of West Good Hope Road to a point 180 feet south thereof from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the west side of North 43^rd Street from a point 240 feet south of West Good Hope Road to a point 130 feet south thereof from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
