Body
Whereas, Richard J. McGinn requested permission to construct and maintain a concrete platform with risers and iron railing for access to adjacent building; and

Whereas, Permission for said platform, risers and railing was granted in 2000 under Common Council File Number 000033; and

Whereas, Slim’s Bluemound, LLC now owns the property; and

Whereas, For the liability to be formally transferred to the current property owner, the Common Council needs to adopt an amending resolution; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 000033 is hereby rescinded; and, be it

Further Resolved, Slim’s Bluemound, LLC, 5901 West Bluemound, Milwaukee, WI 53213 is hereby granted the following special privilege:

To keep and maintain a concrete platform with three risers and an iron railing. The platform and risers project into the 15-foot wide west sidewalk area of North 59th Street 1 foot 11 inches for a length of 5 feet 8 inches. The platform and steps are centered approximately 43 feet south of the southline of West Blue Mound Road.

Said above-mentioned platform and risers shall be used, kept and maintained to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services.
