ANALYSIS
This resolution authorizes City officers to execute an Out-of-Program Agreement. The agreement is between the City of Milwaukee and Neumann Developments and covers the design, construction, construction inspection, and funding of public improvements to serve a 104-lot single family home subdivision to be located in an area generally east of North Granville Road at West Donna Drive. The subdivision will be known as River Ridge Phase II Subdivision. Under the terms of the agreement, the developer will cover all costs for public improvements and will perform both design and construct those improvements. The City will review and approve plans for the improvements and will inspect their construction.
BODY
Whereas, Neumann Developments, a developer, desires to enter into an Out-of-Program Agreement with the City of Milwaukee regarding the design, construction, and funding of public improvements to serve a 104-lot single family home subdivision to be located in an area generally east of North Granville Road at West Donna Drive; and

Whereas, A resolution authorizing the proper City officers to execute an Out-of-Program Agreement between Neumann Developments Inc. and the City of Milwaukee for construction of public improvements to serve a subdivision with 104 single family home lots; and

Whereas, The Out-of-Program Agreement for this development to be known as River Ridge Phase II is attached to this file; and
