Whereas, On December 21, 2004, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted File No. 041060, which approved application, acceptance and funding of a U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration Grant for the construction of public infrastructure improvements to serve a 100-acre redevelopment project in the West Menomonee Valley; and
Whereas, The City Comptroller requested a technical correction to the Project/Grant and Fund. stated in said Common Council File to reflect that the grant project is a capital grant and not an operating grant; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Project/Grant No. GR0000500000 and Fund No. 0150 listed in Common Council File No. 041060 are hereby technically corrected to Project/Grant No. SP032050100 and Fund No. 0306; and, be it
Further Resolved, That all other aspects of Common Council File No. 041060 remain unchanged.
