Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential to Industrial Light, on land located on the North Side of West Mill Road and West of North Industrial Road, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance permits the existing contractor's shop on the first floor and future use of the second floor as offices.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-801(2).0008. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within West Mill Road, a line 200 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Industrial Road (extended), a line 190 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Mill Road, and a line 270 feet West and parallel to the west line of North Industrial Road (extended), from Two-Family Residential (RT1) to Industrial-Light (IL1).
