Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

3rd Aldermanic District

N. Milwaukee St. - N. Water St. to the Milwaukee River (TD04884030) File Number 061021: Install water main. (T.I.D. Funds -- $120,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $120,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2007 construction season.

3rd and 6th Aldermanic District

N. Humboldt Ave. - E. Kane Pl. to N. Commerce St. (WT410061058) File Number 070186: Joint Sealing of Water Main. (Nonassessable Water Fund --$220,000 additional funds). The total estimated cost for this project is $620,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2007 construction season.

4th Aldermanic District

N. 9th St. - W. Highland Ave. to W. Winnebago St. (TD06784002) File Number 061241: Install water main. (T.I.D Funds -- $290,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $290,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2007 construction season.
