Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts
of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of South 27th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to West Ohio Avenue from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday
On the south side of West Euclid Avenue from South 13th Street to a point 130 feet west
On the west side of South 13th Street from West Euclid Avenue to a point 75 feet south
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North Prospect Avenue from East North Avenue to North Maryland Avenue at any time”
“On the east side of North Cass Street from a point 56 feet south of the south curb line of East Kewaunee Street to a point 50 feet further south at any time”
“On the west side of North Marshall Street from a point 195 feet south of the south curb line of East Juneau Avenue to point 135 feet south thereof, at any time”
“On the north side of West State Street from a point 310 feet east of the east curb line of North 33rd street to appoint 85 feet further east thereof at any time”
“On the south side of West State Street from a point 280 feet east of the east curb line of North 33rd Street to a point 85 feet further east thereof at any time”
“On North 86th Street from West Grantosa Drive south to the alley”
“On the north side of West Hopkins Street from a point 220 feet northwest of North 27th street to a point 270 feet further northwest thereof at any time”
