Body
Whereas, J. Greenbaum Tanning Company requested permission to construct and maintain a bridge structure over the public right-of-way of South Greeley Street; and

Whereas, Permission for said bridge structure was originally granted in 1934 under Common Council File Number 53777; and

Whereas, J. Greenbaum Tanning Company requested permission to construct and maintain an underground communications tunnel in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Permission for said communications tunnel was originally granted in 1935 under Common Council File Number 55316; and

Whereas, Hide House 2007, LLC now owns the property; and

Whereas, For the liability to be formally transferred to the current property owner, the Common Council needs to adopt an amending resolution; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council File Numbers 53777, 53777-a, 53777-b, 55316, 55316-a and 55316-b are hereby rescinded; and, be it

Further Resolved, That Hide House 2007, LLC, 6938 North Santa Monica Boulevard, Fox Point, WI 53217, is hereby granted the following special privileges:

1. To keep and maintain a bridge crossing the 66-foot wide right-of-way of South Greeley Street at a minimum elevation of 18 feet. Said bridge is enclosed and measures 8 feet 8 inches wide and 8 feet tall. Said bridge is located between East Dover Street and East Deer Street.
