This resolution approves a contract for legal services between City of Milwaukee and Patrick B. McDonnell.

Body

Whereas, Patrick B. McDonnell is knowledgeable and experienced in matters of municipal law and government; and

Whereas, The City Attorney’s Office is desirous of utilizing Patrick B. McDonnell’s knowledge and expertise in the area of real estate and development; and

Whereas, A copy of a draft contract between the City of Milwaukee and Patrick B. McDonnell is attached to the file; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with Patrick B. McDonnell in substantially the same form as the agreement attached to this file, to be paid out of Account Number 0001 9990  S157 006300.
