Title

Analysis
This substitute ordinance makes positions changes to the following departments:
Election Commission, Health Department, Department of Neighborhood Services, Police Department, Department of Public Works-Infrastructure Services Division and Department of Public Works-Water Works

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 060494 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 22, 2006 - October 22, 2006):

Under “Department of Public Works, Infrastructure Services Division, Construction Decision Unit, Construction Management”, delete one position of “Inspection Specialist (X)” and add one position of “Construction Materials Inspector (X).”

Part 2. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 060494 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Election Commission, Election Service Division”, delete one position of “Elections Recruiter/Trainer” and add one position of “Community Outreach Liaison.”

Under “Health Department, Family and Community Health Services, Healthy Behaviors and HealthCare Access Division, Adolescent Community Health Grant (J)”, delete one position of “Health Project Coordinator - Plain Talk (X) (J) (NNN)” and add one position of “Health Project Coordinator - Plain Talk “(X) (J) (NNN) (QQQ)”, and add footnote "(QQQ)” to read as follows: “To expire 12/31/07 unless the Plain Talk Grant - Milwaukee Foundation is extended.
