Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of North Water Street from a point 175 feet west of North Humboldt Avenue to a point 125 feet west thereof
On the south side of North Water Street from a point 250 feet west of North Humboldt Avenue to a point 125 feet west thereof
On the east side of North Cramer Street from a point 225 feet north of East North Avenue to a point 25 feet north thereof
On the south side of West State Street from a point 200 feet west of North 29th Street to a point 25 feet west thereof
On the east side of South 84th Street from a point 120 feet south of West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 50 feet south thereof from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday
Part 2. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On West Walker Street between South 15th and South 16th Streets”
“On South 2nd Street from West Mineral Street to West Seeboth Street from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Sunday”
“On the west side of South 2nd Street from a point 60 feet south of the Menomonee River to West Greenfield Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM”
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On South 2nd Street from the Menomonee River to West Greenfield Avenue
Part 4. Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Winter Parking Permitted is amended by striking the following:
“On West Congress Street from North Green Bay Avenue to North Teutonia Avenue”
