Whereas, The Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee considered the appeal of  Compass Properties North Water Street LLC related to its appeal of the interim historical designation of the property located at 733-43 N. Water St. at its meeting on July 31, 2007; and
 
Whereas, After hearing from staff of the Historic Preservation Commission; and
 
Whereas, The building owner and representatives were present, but chose not to speak; now, therefore, be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the appeal of the interim historical designation of the property located at 733-43 N. Water St. is denied.
