Body
Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 6601, being a redivision of part of Lots 6 and 7, Lot 10 and the South 23 feet of Lot 11, all in Block 9, in Vliet’s Addition to the City of Milwaukee, in the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, was recorded as Certified Survey Map No. 6601 and Document No. 7647520 on December 8, 1998; and
Whereas, Frederick W. Shibilski, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit correcting various dimensions contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
