This resolution amends Common Council File 061011 relative to application, acceptance and funding of the 2007 Consolidated Contract from the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services The purpose of the contract is to continue programming in seven service areas during 2007 under the Consolidated Contract allocations.

Whereas, Common Council File 061011 authorized The City of Milwaukee Health Department to apply for, accept and fund the 2007 Consolidated Contract funds from the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services for six Health Department service areas. This grant provided for a Grantor share total of $1,708,116 and City Share of $372,537; and
Whereas, The Grantor share for this program is increased by $42,628 and the City Share increased by 31,971; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that application to the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services is authorized and the Health Department shall accept this grant without further approval unless the terms of the grant change as indicated in Common Council File 030712 (Grant Ordinance); and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to:
1. Commit funds within the Project/Grant Parent of the 2007 Special Revenue-Grant and Aid Projects Fund, the following amounts for the project titled 2007 Consolidated Contract:
