The question was put: Have the members of the Common Council read the Report and Recommendations of the Licenses Committee, and any written exceptions, if filed, in these matters? All members had done so. The question was put: Are the following applicants, complainants, or their Counsels present and, if so, do they wish to address the Council?: Patrice Jordan was present. William Rivera was present. May Xiong was present by counsel. Terri Kinis was present. Martin Beaudoin appeared by counsel. Ald. Witkowiak moved that the Common Council enter the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of hearing testimony in these matters. There was no objection. Mr. Rivera appeared and addressed the Common Council. Assistant City Attorney Bruce Schrimpf appeared and addressed the Common Council.
