Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

parts of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Kinnickinnic River Parkway from West Manitoba Street to a point 150 feet east

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Mitchell Street from South 37^th Street to a point 40 feet east

On the south side of West Mitchell Street from South 37^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On the north side of West Burleigh Street from North 54^th Street to a point 40 feet east

On the south side of West Burleigh Street from North 54^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On the west side of South 5^th Street from West Maple Street to a point 50 feet north

On the north side of West Lapham Boulevard from South 15^th Place to a point 40 feet east

On the south side of West Lapham Boulevard from South 15^th Place to a point 40 feet west

On the east side North 20^th Street from West Meinecke Avenue to a point 50 feet south

On the west side North 20^th Street from West Meinecke Avenue to a point 50 feet north

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Cambridge Avenue from East North Avenue to a point 110 feet north

On the east side of South 31^st Street from West Lincoln Avenue north to the alley

Part 4.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 28^th Street from West Evergreen Lane to West Pierce Street
