This resolution authorizes payment of the claim of Robert & Wilma Itson in the amount of $14,000.00.

Body

Whereas, The claimants, Robert & Wilma Itson, have filed a claim against the City of Milwaukee in the amount of $17,678.00; and

Whereas, The claimant Wilma Itson has agreed to settlement of this claim in the amount of $14,000.00; and

Whereas, The City Attorney recommends and the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee deems it expeditious and just to pay this claim; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized and directed to issue a City check in the amount of $14,000.00, payable to the order of Wilma Itson, in full and final payment of this claim, upon receipt of a release of claims, approved as to form and execution by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the. Damages and Claims Account-006300 - Fund No. 0001 - Organization 1490 - Program 0001 - Sub Class S118.
