Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

parts of  the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of North 29^th Street from West State Street to West Highland Boulevard”

“On the west side of North 29^th Street from West Highland Boulevard to West Juneau Avenue at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 29^th Street from West State Street to a point 110 feet north

On the south side of East Falling Heath Place from South Pennsylvania Avenue to a point 40 feet west

Part 3.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North 66^th Street from West Fairview Avenue to West Blue Mound Road”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-10-a of the Code relating to No Parking During Winter Months is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North 29^th Street from West State Street to West Juneau Avenue

Part 5.  Section 101-26-5-1-b of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - Four or More Inches is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 5^th Street from South Chase Avenue to West Arthur Avenue
