Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 130781, adopted December 17, 2013, relating to implementation of various provisions of the 2014 Adopted Budget, is rescinded and recreated as follows:
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Interagency Housing Coordinator shall report bi-monthly to the Common Council, or as may be directed by the Common Council, relating to the implementation and performance of the Strong Neighborhood Investment Plan, and any changes thereto; and, be it
Further Resolved, That any change of $100,000 or more to any of the purposes under the Strong Neighborhood Investment Plan expenditure plan (as approved as part of the 2014 Adopted Budget and as outlined in the letter dated January 22, 2014, from the Mayor to the Common Council, a copy of which is attached to this file) shall require Common Council approval before the expenditure is authorized to be made; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the requirements established herein for regular reporting and prior approval from the Common Council of any change of $100,000 or more shall similarly be required for each succeeding year of the Strong Neighborhood Investment Plan.
