:Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are directed to issue a city check in the sum of $5,100.00 payable to Mawicke & Goisman, S.C., 1509 North Prospect Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53202 to reimburse them for legal fees for the defense of former Police Sergeant Jason R. Mucha; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the check for $5,100.00 is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Account -636506- Fund No. 0001 - Organization 1490- Program 2631 - Sub Class S118.
