Title

Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Multi-Family Residential to Commercial Service, on land located on the North Side of West Lisbon Avenue and West of North 39th Street, in the 15th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This substitute ordinance was initiated by the Department of City Development and it allows for the parcel to be combined with adjacent land for the construction of a 4-story apartment structure with up to 24 units.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-601-4.0007. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for Lot 13, in Block 5, in Lisbon Avenue Park, being a Subdivision of a part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24, in Township 7 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, from Multi-Family Residential (RM4) to Commercial Service (CS).
