Analysis

This resolution provides $400,000 in funds for underground conduit installations and alterations at various locations in response to communication needs and paving projects, and it authorizes additional 2006 fund transfers for the general purposes indicated:

Body

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Department of Public Works is hereby directed to modify and/or install underground conduit at various locations; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Comptroller's office is directed to transfer $400,000 from the Underground Conduit budget, Account Number ST280070000 to the general purpose sub-accounts indicated below:
