Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from General Planned Development to Industrial Light, on land located on the North Side of West Calumet Road and West of North 76th Street, in the 9th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance allows for the development of the site as a landscape contractor's office and yard, outdoor storage and landscape material sales.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-801(2).0006. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area described and bounded by the zoning line within West Calumet Road, a line 850 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 78th Street, a line 630 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Calumet Road, and a line 520 feet West and parallel to the west line of North 78th Street, from General Planned Development (GPD) to Industrial Light (IL1).
