Whereas, Permission for said building façade was granted in 1991 under Common Council Resolution File Number 910028; and

Whereas, Boutique Bebe requested permission to place and maintain display racks or tables in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Permission for said display racks or tables was granted in 1993 under Common Council Resolution File Number 930963; and

Whereas, Downer Investments requested permission to keep and maintain two stairways, two excess door swings, an air conditioner, and flower boxes in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Permission for said items was granted in 1996 under Common Council Resolution File Number 940073; and

Whereas, DJK 47 LLC, JBC 47 LLC, TAH 47 LLC requested permission to keep and maintain a fence, masonry planter and moveable planters in the public right-of-way; and
