Resolution approving and authorizing the proper City officials to execute an easement agreement and a temporary construction easement to allow the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District to install and maintain a sewer structure on the Milwaukee Public School property known as Clement Avenue Elementary School located at 3666 South Clement Avenue, in the 14th Aldermanic District.

The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District has requested that the City grant them an easement to install and maintain a sewer structure on the Milwaukee Public School property known as Clement Avenue Elementary School located at 3666 South Clement Avenue.
Body
Whereas, The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) has submitted an easement granting them the right to enter upon and across Milwaukee Public School (MPS) property at 3666 South Clement Avenue, Clement Avenue Elementary School, for the installation and maintenance of a sewer structure; and
Whereas, Said easement will also serve as a temporary construction easement to support the initial sewer construction; and
Whereas, The terms of said easement are set out and attached to this file and approved as to content by MPS; and
Whereas, The City Engineer has checked the legal descriptions and location drawings; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said easement be and the same is hereby approved, and the proper City officers be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Milwaukee; and, be it
Further Resolved, That after said easement is fully executed by the proper City officers, all four copies shall be returned to the City Engineer so that MMSD can record said easement and provide the City with a recorded copy.
