Title

Motion amending the Common Council Procedure and Rules relating to the committee to which matters pertaining to cable television are assigned.

Analysis

This motion amends the Common Council Procedure and Rules to direct that any council file relating to cable television be assigned to the Public Works Committee.

This assignment was inadvertently omitted from the revision of the Procedure and Rules resulting from Common Council File Number 050659, adopted September 27, 2005.

Body

It is moved, by the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Article II, Section 1, Subsection 6, Paragraph c to v of the Common Council Procedure and Rules is renumbered Paragraph d to w; and,

It is further moved that Article II, Section 1, Subsection 6, Paragraph c of the Common Council Procedure and Rules is created to read:
