Title

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-801-3.0011. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Pierce Street, a line 220 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 16th Street, a line 197 feet North and parallel to the north line of West Pierce Street, a line 412 feet West and parallel to the west line of South 16th Street, thence Northwesterly to the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Reynolds Place, thence South 58 deg. 26 min. 14 sec. West 544 feet, thence Northwesterly along the zoning line to the southerly parcel of line, thence North 137.47 feet, thence East 132.56 feet, thence North 140.90 feet, thence West 132.50 feet, thence South 129.81 feet, thence West 18.91 feet, thence South 12.65 feet, thence West 87.36 feet, thence Southwesterly 174.94 feet, thence South 52.10 feet to a point along the zoning line within the right-of-way of West Pierce Street, from Industrial Heavy (IH) to Industrial Mixed (IM).
