Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North 4th Street from West McKinley Avenue to a point 160 feet north at any time”

“On the west side of North Industrial Road from a point 2982 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 70 feet north thereof”

“On the west side of North Industrial Road from a point 3149 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 30 feet north thereof”

“On the west side of North Industrial Road from a point 3204 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 60 feet north thereof”

Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Wells Street from North 19th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the south side of West Wells Street from North 25th Street to a point 50 feet west

On the east side of North Industrial Road from a point 3090 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 450 feet north thereof

On the west side of North Industrial Road from a point 3190 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 440 feet north thereof

On the east side of North 12th Street from a point 260 feet north of West Vine Street to a point 100 feet north thereof

On the west side of North 12th Street from a point 370 feet north of West Vine Street to a point 100 feet north thereof

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-b of the Code relating to Half-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Norwich Avenue from the west curb line of South Howell Avenue to the first north-south alley, except Saturday and Sunday”
