This substitute ordinance changes the zoning for a residential property to allow for the development of 12 condominium units.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-907(2)(b).0099. The zoning map is amended for Lots 38 and 39, the North 20 feet of Lot 37, and the South 0.50 feet of Lot 40 of Block 8 in Hathaway's Subdivision of the North Part of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to a Detailed Planned Development known as Jackson Street Condominiums.
