Title

Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential to a Detailed Planned Development known as Jackson Street Condominiums, on land located generally South of East Brady Street and East of North Jackson Street, in the 3rd Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This substitute ordinance changes the zoning for a residential property to allow for the development of 12 condominium units.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-907(2)(b).0099. The zoning map is amended for Lots 38 and 39, the North 20 feet of Lot 37, and the South 0.50 feet of Lot 40 of Block 8 in Hathaway's Subdivision of the North Part of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to a Detailed Planned Development known as Jackson Street Condominiums.
