Resolution accepting three water easements.

Analysis

This resolution accepts Water Easements WE880B, WE922, and WE924 for the installation, operation, and maintenance of water mains.

Body

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following water easements offered the City:

WE880B executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and the Wisconsin Electric Power Company, for a permanent water main easement in Vacated E. Thomas Ave. from Vacated N. Cambridge Ave. to 127’ W/O N. Newhall St., in the City of Milwaukee.

WE922 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and Holz Family, LLC, for a permanent water main easement in Vacated S. 111^th St. from W. Janesville Rd. to 34’ S/O W. Janesville Rd., in the Village of Hales Corners.

WE924 executed by the City of Milwaukee, a municipal corporation of the State of Wisconsin, and the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee, for a permanent water main easement in W. Canal St. from the Soo Line Railroad Property to 450’ south of the Soo Line Railroad Property, in the City of Milwaukee.

Said documents being attached to and part of this resolution, are accepted; and, be it

Further Resolved, That after said easements have been accepted, they shall be forwarded to the Department of Public Works for recording and proper distribution.
