Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Two-Family Residential to Local Business, on land located generally West of North 42nd Street and South of West North Avenue, in the 15th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes the zoning for a residential property to allow for the development of 1,000 square feet of new commercial space as part of the Boulevard Commons development, which includes 6,000 square feet of commercial space and 22 residential units.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-601.2.0023. The zoning map is amended for the North 30 feet of Lots 1, 2, and 3 and the North 30 feet of the East 9 feet of Lot 4, in Block 4, in Grant Park, in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 24, in Township 7 North, Range 21 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Local Business (LB2).
