Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in
various parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North Farwell Avenue from the north curb line of East Windsor Place to Chicago and Northwestern Railroad north thereof, at any time”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of West Kiehnau Avenue from a point 440 feet west of North Teutonia Avenue to a point 300 feet west thereof
On the east side of North Farwell Avenue from a point 200 feet north of East Windsor Place to a point 30 feet north thereof
On the north side of West Michigan Street from North 36th Street to a point 175 feet east
In the alley bounded by West Forest Home Avenue, West Middlemass Street, West Becher Street and West Grant Street
On the west side of South 10th Street from a point 690 feet south of West Layton Avenue to a point 115 feet south thereof
On the west side of South 3rd Street from a point 450 feet south of West Oklahoma Avenue to a point 80 feet south thereof
On the north side of West Center Street from North 21st Street to a point 40 feet east
On the south side of West Center Street from North 21st Street to a point 40 feet west
Part 3. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:
On South 3rd Street from West Pittsburgh Avenue to West Oregon Street
On South 7th Street from West Harrison Avenue to West Cleveland Avenue
Part 4. Section 101-32-3-d-2 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking is amended by adding the following:
