Title

Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Parks (PK) and Multi-Family Residential (RM1) to Single-Family Residential (RS4) on land located South of West Appleton Avenue and East of North 107th Street extended, in the 5th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This substitute ordinance consolidates zoning into a single zoning district to permit future single-family residential development.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-501(1)(a).0004. The zoning map is amended for the area bounded and described by the west boundary of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 8 North, Range 21 East, the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Appleton Avenue, a line 168.25 feet Southwest of the zoning line within West Appleton Avenue, and a line 323 feet from the south line of West Florist Avenue, from Parks (PK) and Multi-Family Residential (RM1) to Single-Family Residential (RS4).
