Title
Resolution rescinding various special privileges for items that are no longer located within the public right-of-way or which are now permitted into the public right-of-way at various locations within the City of Milwaukee.
Analysis
This resolution rescinds various special privileges granting permission for items to encroach into the public right-of-way because said items have been removed from the public right-of-way or are now permitted in the public right-of-way.
Body
Whereas, Said special privileges granted permission for various encroachments in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Subsequently, the owner of each special privilege has removed all subject items from the public right-of-way in a manner that satisfies the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services or the encroachment is now permissible under the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances; and

Whereas, Said owners notified the Department of Public Works that they no longer need the special privilege granted them; and

Whereas, In order to release property owners from the bonding, insurance and annual special privilege fee requirements placed on the property owner as part of the granting of a special privilege, the Common Council needs to pass a resolution rescinding special privileges which are no longer needed; now, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following special privilege resolutions are rescinded:

1. Common Council Resolution File Number 68543D granted to Gaylord M. Gubin for a fuel tank under the sidewalk for the premises at 2893 South Delaware Avenue.

2. Common Council Resolution File Number 910865 granted to BP Products North America for monitoring wells for the premises at 406 West Center Street.

3. Common Council Resolution File Number 910888 granted to Le Court Salons, Incorporated for a covered walk for the premises at 1116 North Jackson Street.
