Title

A substitute ordinance relating to traffic controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned traffic requirements in various parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-12-2 of the Code relating to No U-Turns is amended by adding the following:

On West Lapham  Boulevard at South 7^th Street from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM east and west bound

On West Lapham  Boulevard at South 8^th Street from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM east and west bound

On West Lapham  Boulevard at the first median opening west of South 7th Street from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM east and west bound

Part 2.  Section 101-13-6 of the Code relating to Speed Limits is amended by adding the following:

On West Fond du Lac Avenue from North 6^th Street to West Walnut Street 35 mph

Part 3.  Section 101-15 of the Code relating to Yield signs is amended by striking the following:

“On West Concordia Avenue at North 45^th Street”

Part 4.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by striking the following:

“On West Nash Street at North 18^th Street”

Part 5.  Section 101-16-1 of the Code relating to Stop signs is amended by adding the following:

On North 32^nd Street at West Thurston Avenue

On West Concordia Avenue at North 45^th Street

On West Nash Street and North 18^th Street in all directions
