Title
Substitute ordinance to further amend the 2006 rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service under control of the Common Council.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance makes rates of pay changes to the rates of pay to the following:
Department of Administration-Information and Technology Management Division, Department of Public Works-Infrastructure Services Division, Plumbers’ Local 75, AFL-CIO

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 8 of ordinance File Number 050456 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 9, 2006 - April 23, 2006):

Under Pay Range 598, add the title “GIS Analyst.”

Part 2. Section 9 of ordinance File Number 050456 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 1, 2006 - January 1, 2006):

Under Pay Range 604, add the title “Bicycle and Pedestrian Coordinator.”

Part 3. Section 17 of ordinance File Number 050456 relative to rates of pay of offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows (Effective Pay Period 13, 2006 - June 18, 2006):

Eliminate the rate of pay shown for Pay Range 786 and substitute in lieu thereof the following biweekly rate of pay:

Under footnote 1/ delete the 2nd sentence and replace with the following sentence:
(Effective Pay Period 13, 2006, (June 18, 2006) the hourly rate is $29.81 ($2,384.80 biweekly) 92% of the outside rate of $32.40 per hour.)

Under footnote 2/ delete the 2nd sentence and replace with the following sentence: (Effective Pay Period 13, 2006 (June 18, 2006) the hourly rate is $30.78 ($2,462.40 biweekly) 95% of the outside rate of $32.40 per hour.)
