Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

 parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of South 9^th Place from the east curb line of West Manitoba Street to a point 50 feet south thereof at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Mitchell Street from a point 760 feet west of South 38^th Street to a point 40 feet west thereof

On the north side of West Greenfield Avenue from South 26^th Street to a point 40 feet east

On the south side of West Greenfield Avenue from South 26^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On the east side of North Industrial Road from a point 1,320 feet north of West Mill Road to a point 110 feet north thereof

On the east side of North 60^th Street from a point 120 feet north of West Blue Mound Road to a point 20 feet north thereof

On the north side of West Maple Street from South 7^th Street to a point 40 feet east

On the south side of West maple Street from south 7^th Street to a point 40 feet west

On the north side of West Lapham Boulevard from South 14^th Street to a point 50 feet east

On the east side of South Howell Avenue from East Wilson Street to a point 45 feet south

On the west side of South Howell Avenue from East Wilson Street to a point 45 feet north
