This resolution amends a special privilege for change of ownership to US Bank N.A. for a building overhang for the premises at 622 North Cass Street, also known as 811 East Wisconsin Avenue.
Body
Whereas, Firstar Center Company petitioned for a special privilege to keep and maintain a second floor building overhang in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Permission for said items was granted in 1999 under Common Council File Number 990282; and

Whereas, US Bank N.A. now owns the property; and

Whereas, For the liability to be formally transferred to the current property owner, the Common Council needs to adopt an amending resolution; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council File Number 990282 is hereby rescinded; and, be it

Further Resolved, That US Bank N.A., 777 East Wisconsin Avenue #3175, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202 is hereby granted the following special privileges:

To keep and maintain a second floor building encroachment of the west wall of the building located at 622 North Cass Street. The building projects 6 feet into the east, 15-foot wide sidewalk area of North Cass Street at an elevation of approximately 11 feet above grade. Said projection begins at the southline of East Wisconsin Avenue and ends at a point approximately 48 feet to the south.

Said above-mentioned building encroachment shall be used, kept and maintained to the satisfaction of the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services. All necessary permits shall have been obtained prior to the granting of this special privilege.
