Title
Resolution rescinding various special privileges for items that are no longer located within the public right-of-way at various locations within the City of Milwaukee.
Analysis
This resolution rescinds various special privileges granting permission for items to encroach into the public right-of-way because said items have been removed from the public right-of-way.
Body
Whereas, Said special privileges granted permission for various encroachments in the public right-of-way; and

Whereas, Subsequently, the owner of each special privilege has removed all subject items from the public right-of-way in a manner that satisfies the Commissioners of Public Works and Department of Neighborhood Services; and

Whereas, Said owners notified the Department of Public Works that they no longer need the special privilege granted them; and

Whereas, In order to release property owners from the bonding, insurance and annual special privilege fee requirements placed on the property owner as part of the granting of a special privilege, the Common Council needs to pass a resolution rescinding special privileges which are no longer needed; now, therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the following special privilege resolutions are rescinded:

1. Common Council Resolution File Number 47-101 granted to Posner Realty Corporation for a building facing for the premises at 843-863 North Plankinton Avenue.

2. Common Council Resolution File Numbers 54-135, 54-135A and 54-135B granted to various owners for an excess awning projection for the premises at 321 North Broadway.

3. Common Council Resolution File Numbers 64-3469 and 64-3469A granted to various property owners for a backup driveway for the premises at 1920 North Hubbard Street.

4. Common Council Resolution File Number 65-3441 granted to Cathedral Square Company for 30 concrete columns for the premises at 525 Ea...
