This resolution amends Common Council File 051120 relative to application, acceptance and funding of the 2006 Consolidated Contract. The purpose of the grant is to continue programming in seven service areas during 2006 under the Consolidated Contract allocations.

Body
Whereas, Common Council File 051120 authorized the Health Department to apply for, accept and fund the 2006 Consolidated Contract from the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services for seven Health Department service areas. This grant provided for a Grantor share total of $ 1,686,839 and City Share of $382,732; and
Whereas, The Grantor share for this program is increased by $25,000 and the City Share increased by $2,526; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that application to the State of Wisconsin Division of Health and Family Services is authorized and the Health Department shall accept such a grant without further Common Council approval unless the terms of the grant change as indicated in Common Council File 030712 (Grant Ordinance); and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized to commit funds within the Project/Grant Parent of the 2006 Special Revenue-Grant and Aid Projects fund, the following amount for the project titled 2006 Consolidated Contract:
