Title
Substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Heavy (IH) to Industrial Office (IO2), on land located between West Mitchell Street and West Burnham Street and West of South 38th Street, in the 8th Aldermanic District.
Analysis
This substitute ordinance permits office uses in addition to the existing light industrial uses at the Stadium Business Park.

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
Section 295-801(1).0002. The zoning map is amended for the area bounded and described by the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Mitchell Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way along South 38th Street, the zoning line within the right-of-way along West Burnham Street and the west line of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 7551, from Industrial Heavy (IH) to Industrial Office (IO2).
