Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 26^th Street to South 28^th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 26^th Street to South Layton Boulevard from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday

On the west side of South 9^th Street from a point 560 feet north of West Grange Avenue to a point 30 feet north thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South 31^st Street from West Montana Street to a point 290 feet north”

“On East Smith Street between South Graham Street and South Howell Avenue”

Part 4.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Maple Street from South 25^th Street to South 26^th Street

On South 26^th Street from West Grant Street to West Lincoln Avenue

On South 34^th Street from West Scott Street to West Greenfield Avenue
