Miller's Subdivision, all of Block 16 in Heiss Subdivision, all of Block 1 including the vacated alley in said Block 1 in the Subdivision of 5 Acres, and all of Block 9 in Hopkin's Subdivision, all being a part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin; having been approved by the City Plan Commission and the Commissioner of Public Works, is approved.
