Analysis
This resolution authorizes engineering studies on projects which by City Charter are nonassessable. After design plans and estimates of costs have been prepared, a resolution authorizing construction will be submitted to the Common Council.
Body
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that it is necessary and in the public interest to do the following described improvements according to City specifications:

1st Aldermanic District

Area bounded by W. Villard Ave., N. 19th St., N. 22nd St., and the alley south of W. Villard Ave. (SW170050114): Relocate sanitary sewers.

3rd Aldermanic District

E. Brady St. at N. Astor St. (ST211060177): Remove and replace concrete curb and gutter. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $3,000)

4th Aldermanic District

N. Market St. (West Side) - E. State St. to E. Highland Ave. (ST211060171): Paving the roadway with asphalt. Laying a concrete curb and gutter. Laying concrete sidewalk. Doing all the necessary grading pertaining to said work. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $3,000)

9th Aldermanic District
