Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts
of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North Teutonia Avenue from West Ruby Avenue to North 29th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday and where No Parking is in effect”
“On the east side of north 51st Street from the south curb line of West Wright Street to a point 70 feet thereof at anytime”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Teutonia Avenue from West Ruby Avenue to West Cornell Street
On the east side of North Teutonia Avenue from West Hampton Avenue to North 29th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday
On the north side of West Michigan Street from a point 260 feet west of North 8th Street to a point 40 feet west thereof
On the south side of East Wisconsin Avenue from a point 350 feet east of North Cass Street to a point 20 feet east thereof
On the south side of West Wells Street from North 26th Street to a point 40 feet west
On the south side of West Morgan Avenue (Service Drive) from South 32nd Street to a point 490 feet west
On the north side of West Washington Street from South 15th Street to a point 40 feet east
On the south side of West Washington Street from South 15th Street to a point 40 feet west
On the north side of West Mitchell Street from South 15th Place to a point 40 feet east
On the south side of West Mitchell Street from South 15th Place to a point 40 feet west
On the east side of South Howell Avenue from East Oklahoma Avenue to a point 50 feet north
