This resolution approves an indemnification agreement between the City and the Employes’ Retirement System commencing April 1, 2006 and expiring on March 31, 2011.
Body
Whereas, The City and the Employes’ Retirement System desire to entered into an indemnification agreement for a term of five years commencing April 1, 2006 and expiring on March 31, 2011; and
Whereas, The current indemnification agreement between the City and the Employes’ Retirement System expires on March 31, 2006; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwakee, that the indemnification agreement annexed to the file be and hereby is approved and the proper city officers be and hereby are authorized to execute same on behalf of the city.
